Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

We made this yummy asparagus for dinner tonight. We were cooking chicken at a lower temperature so rather than roasting it in the oven we used the electric skillet at 400 degrees and that worked beautifully.




Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
2 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Heat oven from 425 degrees. Spray 15x10 pan with cooking spray. Wash asparagus, break (or cut) off tough ends. In a long, shallow bowl mix remaining ingredients except cheese; toss with asparagus to coat. Spread out in pan.

Roast 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to mix in. Return to oven and roast 5-8 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
